Our Approach
To meet Black Ambition’s tight 30-day deadline, we implemented a highly structured and collaborative approach that balanced speed, design quality, and backend usability.

30-Day Redesign
Delivered a complete redesign—strategy, design, and development—from kickoff to launch in under 30 days to meet the Prize Winner event deadline in NYC.
New Figma Designs Built from Brand Kit
Created fully custom Figma mockups in collaboration with Black Ambition’s marketing lead, using their existing brand kit to ensure visual continuity and UX modernization.
Elementor + ACF Hybrid Architecture
Built a highly editable site with a combination of Elementor Pro for flexibility and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) + custom PHP for structured data like prize winners and team members.
Dynamic Prize Winner + Finalist Displays
Developed custom templates and import workflows for prize winners and semi-finalists, enabling visual filtering and fast content management.
Custom Blog + News Pages
Launched segmented content areas (e.g., “Announcements”, “Press”, “News”) using ACF and template logic for better SEO and UX.
Mobile-First Design + Performance Tuning
Ensured smooth animations, fast load times, and responsive layouts across all screen sizes.
Gravity Forms + WP
All Import Used Gravity Forms for lead capture, and WP All Import to migrate content and populate the CMS rapidly.
