Project Background
IABLE is a nonprofit dedicated to improving breastfeeding care through education for healthcare professionals.

Our Approach
Before making changes, we performed a full architectural audit of how LearnWorlds interacted with the WordPress site.
Work Highlights
LMS–Website Architecture Decoupling
Separated WordPress and LearnWorlds so each platform could operate independently without breaking the other.
Integration Mapping & Risk Analysis
Audited every script, shortcode, API call, and template connection between the LMS and WordPress before implementing the separation plan.
Modern Development Workflow
Implemented a Bitbucket-managed staging environment so updates can be tested safely before reaching the live site.
Backend & Database Simplification
Removed legacy plugins, unused code, and outdated database entries to improve performance and reduce maintenance complexity.
SEO & User Journey Protection
Built redirect strategies and fallback logic to ensure course discovery and search rankings were preserved during the transition.
Performance Improvements
Reduced unnecessary scripts and API calls, resulting in faster load times and a lighter frontend.
User Behavior Insights
Added Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recording so the team can better understand how visitors interact with the platform.

Anne Eglash
Founder, IABLE
“Our custom website is very complex, and so is our organization. More Seconds jumped right in and Brian and his team just "get it" in a way that makes it much easier on us! They are problem solvers, and it has been great to work with them.”
