Full LearnWorlds Decoupling
Removed deep LMS–WordPress entanglements to give each platform full independence without disrupting the learner experience.
Comprehensive Integration Audit
Mapped every API call, shortcode, and template hook connecting LearnWorlds to WordPress to ensure a clean and safe removal.
Version-Controlled Staging Environment
Set up a Bitbucket-managed staging site so future changes can be tested and tracked before touching the live site.
Backend & Database Cleanup
Removed unused plugins, orphaned code, and outdated entries to speed up performance and simplify administration.
Safe Redirect & UX Continuity Plan
Implemented redirects and fallback content to maintain user flow and SEO during the decoupling.
Performance & Stability Improvements
Reduced unnecessary scripts and API calls, improving load times and minimizing risk of downtime.
Advanced User Behavior Tracking
Added Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recording to give the team data-driven insights for ongoing UX improvements.
